Last week I completed my Mandala Vinyasa training with The Yoga People. It was a 20hr teaching course delving into the Mandala Vinyasa journey through the wisdom of the Elements. With sequencing that revolves 360 degrees of your mat, it is an all-encompassing experience. I look forward to integrating this style into my teaching.

Hi I’m Tillie, an Essex/London based Yoga teacher. I teach Studio, Private & Corporate classes. I specialise in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Primary (Modified), Hatha, Hot Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
I am also head of Corporate Wellness at the WillU Financial Group in London. This role supports and encourages a holistic approach to employee wellbeing by creating a culture of health. One of the aspects of this is teaching yoga and meditation in the workplace.
And most importantly – mother to a toddler!
For me Yoga is the bridge between body and mind. My practise revitalises, nourishes and stills me physically and mentally.
My aim is to create uplifting, dynamic classes with a mix of flow and strong alignment principles.
Music is my mantra and is therefore entwined into my classes, giving me a creative approach to delivering the teachings of yoga.
