Hi I’m Tillie, an Essex/London based Yoga teacher. I teach Studio, Private & Corporate classes. I specialise in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Primary (Modified), Hatha, Hot Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

My journey to teaching comes via 11 years working in Electronic Music, 3 years producing videos in Ibiza and 7 years at Mixmag. After working in such a fun but hectic industry, it was time for me to really focus on something that had always been important to me but had to take a backseat. My maternity leave gave me the perfect opportunity to do my yoga teacher training after years of wanting to. Music is still hugely important to me and I love to incorporate it into my teaching with carefully crafted playlists. Juggling studying with being a new mum was challenging at times but yoga provides so many tools to help you with life off the mat that it was a really special experience for myself and my family. Yoga is truly transformative and encourages constant growth and personal development as well as being a wonderful physical practice.

I am also head of Corporate Wellness at the WillU Financial Group in London. This role supports and encourages a holistic approach to employee wellbeing by creating a culture of health. One of the aspects of this is teaching yoga and meditation in the workplace.

And my most important role – mother to a toddler!

For me Yoga is the bridge between body and mind. My practise revitalises, nourishes and stills me physically and mentally.

My aim is to create uplifting, dynamic classes with a mix of flow and strong alignment principles.

Music is my mantra and is therefore entwined into my classes, giving me a creative approach to delivering the teachings of yoga.

Reformer Pilates Teacher!

💪It’s something I’ve wanted to do for years, but with Marley, work and yoga teaching, I just didn’t have the capacity.
🙏Finally I’ve completed my teacher training in Reformer Pilates.
💫The alignment was perfect, PGP pain from very early on meant yoga just wasn’t right for me this time round, so I honoured that and hung up my mat for a while.
📘This allowed me the space to dedicate myself to the course and start a new chapter. Keep learning, keep growing.

🏡We have a Reformer in our studio at home where I teach 1-2-1 clients. If you’re interested get in touch, babies/kids are welcome whilst you train.

🙏🌸 Baby Wilson incoming Jan 2023. We’re very excited, and for now, I’m taking a break from teaching. See you on the other side of the baby bubble!

Clubhouse Calling!

I’m delighted to have been invited to host a Clubhouse for a half term special on how to claw back some all important ‘me time’. Essential for us parents but often the hardest thing to do!

Just making a few tweaks means you can do something for you. I’ll be joining Karen from Hudini Coaching to share advice and tips plus answering any questions.

Covering wellness from a holistic but practical stand point, we promise that by the end of Wednesday, kids or no kids, you’ll be feeling relaxed and ready for anything!
